Save the Date! 📅 We’re excited to invite all social service providers and community members throughout Waukesha County to the Rise Up Summit on Thursday, August 3, 2023. Join us at the Brookfield Conference Center from 8 am to 3 pm for a day of collaboration, strengths-based, high-level systems work, and community building.
The Rise Up Summit is an opportunity to come together and provide comprehensive services to everyone in Waukesha County. Hosted by the Community Action Coalition, this summit is a chance to connect with fellow service providers, learn from experts in the field, and make a difference in our community.
