Our case managers can help find stable and reliable shelter for people without homes and those facing threats to their housing. We help low-income families and individuals get back on their feet and access a higher quality of life.

Working within the rental housing market, we aim to solve your housing needs. While we don’t own rental property or have programs for home ownership, we’re sensitive to the specific needs of individuals and families. We work hard to provide you with the right housing assistance.

This video highlights how Community Action Coalition (CAC) supports neighbors in Dane, Jefferson, and Waukesha counties who are experiencing homelessness. Through intensive case management, financial coaching, mental health support, and partnerships with local landlords, CAC helps individuals and families move from crisis to safe, stable housing and build a path toward long-term stability.
