Koats for Kids 2024 – Boys & Girls Club of Dane County

Join the Boys & Girls Club of Dane County for the annual Koats for Kids event, where they will distribute coats to hundreds of youth and teens in need. No pre-registration is required—just stop by one of the three locations below. Items are available only while supplies last. Community Action Coalition (CAC) will be at the Allied Family Center and The Erica & Anthony Fleming Boys & Girls Club locations to distribute home goods and personal care products.

Psychological First Aid Training (Online/virtual)

Psychological First Aid (PFA) is an evidence-informed modular approach to help children, adolescents, adults, and families in the immediate aftermath of disaster and terrorism. Individuals affected by a disaster or traumatic incident, whether survivors, witnesses, or responders to such events, may struggle with or face new challenges following the event. Training is from 8:00am-4:00pm with a 30-minute lunch break from 11:30am-12:00pm. *Please note this training is available to Wisconsin residents only.
