The Jefferson County Homeless Coalition is a dedicated group of individuals committed to bringing essential services and housing solutions to those facing homelessness in Jefferson County, WI. Through collaborative efforts, accurate data collection, and tailored programs, we strive to address the urgent needs of our community and foster lasting change.
Our Mission
At the Jefferson County Homeless Coalition, our mission is to address the urgent need for housing and services for individuals experiencing homelessness in Jefferson County, WI.
We are dedicated to promoting county-wide planning, improving coordination and efficiency of services, and tailoring programs to meet the specific needs of our community.
What We Do
- Promote county-wide planning to solve and prevent homelessness in Jefferson County
- Coordinate and improve services to those who need it
- Improve data collection like Point in Time count to show the real time need
- Tailor programs to address the needs specific to Jefferson County
