Winter Glow, organized by Community Action Coalition (CAC), presents a unique opportunity for individuals and organizations to make a meaningful impact in our communities. By becoming a sponsor of Winter Glow, you can play a vital role in supporting individuals and families in need during the colder months and help create a brighter future for all. Confirm your sponsorship by donating to CAC's Community Programs here or by mailing a check to 4101 East Towne Blvd, Madison, WI 53704. Please address checks to "Community Action Coalition for South Central Wisconsin, Inc."

Sponsorship Levels

Boot Sponsor - $5,000

  • Help Winter Glow ensure warm winter boots are accessible to low-income families in your community
  • Name and Logo recognition on Promotional materials – including collection barrels and on-site signage, (sponsorship confirmed by August 15, 2024 to be included)
  • Multiple name and logo recognitions on Facebook, Instagram, CAC monthly newsletter (circulation of over 9,300 individuals) and CAC website (cacscw.org)

Coat Sponsor - $2,500

  • Help Winter Glow ensure warm winter coats are accessible to low-income families in your community
  • Name and Logo recognition via on-site signage, (sponsorship confirmed by August 15, 2024 to be included)
  • Name and logo recognition on Facebook, Instagram, CAC monthly newsletter (circulation of over 9,300 individuals) and CAC website (cacscw.org)

Hat Sponsor - $1,000

  • Help Winter Glow ensure winter hats and scarves are accessible to low-income families in your community
  • Name and Logo recognition via on-site signage
  • Logo recognitions on Facebook, Instagram and CAC website (cacscw.org)

Mitten Sponsor - $500

  • Help Winter Glow ensure mittens and gloves are accessible to low-income families in your community
  • Name mentioned via Facebook, Instagram and CAC website (cacscw.org)

Family Sponsor - $250

  • Provide a family of 5 with warm winter coats, boots and gloves

Individual Sponsor - $100

  • Provide two children with a warm winter coat, boots and gloves

All sponsors will be thanked via one Social Media post recapping Winter Glow.
