About This Program

The foundation for our food security programs is our food bank and our coordination of the Dane County Food Pantry Network (DCFPN), the Jefferson County Food Pantry Coalition, and distribution to Waukesha County Food Sites.

We administer and distribute The Emergency Food Assistance Program (TEFAP) in all three counties. TEFAP is a program of the U.S Department of Agriculture (USDA) that provides food for pantry shelves and meal sites.

For more information from CAC, contact our Food Bank at cacfoodbank@cacscw.org or our intake line at (608) 237-1255. CAC is an equal opportunity provider.

If your certified non-profit would like to learn more about becoming a TEFAP partner, please submit a completed Food Bank Agreement form (PDF | Word) and/or contact cacfoodbank@cacscw.org.
