Hi friends, supporters, community, and participants.  We want you to know that we are thinking of you and doing our best to continue to meet the needs of our community safely while addressing serious public health concerns.  We are happy to see that our communities are taking serious and direct action against the spread of this novel virus.

Here are some resources to help you stay informed, and to answer some questions you may have.  Please reach out if you any questions and we will do our best to respond as fast as we can.  Everyone’s health and safety are a concern to us.

Stay safe and stay connected in creative ways.  Remember that isolation is challenging for anyone, and especially challenging for those with mental health conditions.  Think about ways that you can be reaching out, safely, by phone, email, text, video messaging to neighbors, friends, and loved ones in your life.  Think about the people who rely on limited incomes, people who are out of work with no pay, people who have to stay at home with their children without the support of public meals.  Help them connect with resources that are still available.  Help them to reach out for help.  Remind them there are a lot of people still working to be supportive. We care and we will continue to try to support you.
