Food Security - Community Action Coalition

Nutrition & Health

Building healthier lives through food and whole-person support.

CAC’s Nutrition and Health programs focus on improving the conditions that allow individuals and families to live healthy, stable lives. Access to nutritious food and supportive health resources are essential foundations for well-being, yet many households face barriers that make these basic needs difficult to meet. Through this pillar of work, CAC helps expand access to healthy food, strengthen local food systems, and support the overall physical and mental well-being of the communities we serve.
