Coordinated Entry
Coordinated Entry is a way people experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness may find housing and get connected to resources in their community.
If you are staying outside, in a shelter, in your car or fleeing domestic violence, contact CAC or another participating agency via phone call to complete an assessment.
After the assessment is completed, you will be placed on a Prioritization List. This is NOT a waiting list!
When an agency has an opening in a program, they will contact the person most in need. If you are contacted, you will be asked about your housing status and then you may be asked to meet with someone at that agency.
It is very important to let the agency know if your information changes. If we can’t contact you, we can’t help you!
