Supporting Dane County’s Healthcare & Public Health Workforce
About This Program
Dane County and Community Action Coalition for South Central Wisconsin (CAC) launched the Mental Health and Trauma Recovery Program (MHTR) to address burnout and mental health challenges faced by healthcare workers in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic. It provided vital mental health support to healthcare and public health workers in order to mitigate long-term effects and retain essential staff.
