Identify. Understand. Respond.
Mental Health First Aid USA (MHFA) is an evidence-based training that teaches participants how to identify, understand and respond to someone who is experiencing a mental health or substance-use challenge. There are 1-day and 2-day trainings offered:
- 1-day trainings will go from 9:00 am – 4:00 pm, with a one-hour lunch break at Noon.
- 2-day trainings will run for 3 hours each day.
