Community Needs Assessment
Every three years, we at Community Action Coalition for South Central Wisconsin (CAC) assess barriers to social and economic security with partners, clients, and stakeholders. CAC conducts this assessment in Dane, Jefferson, and Waukesha counties to address urgent needs from poverty and understand systemic issues. Our goals are to pinpoint social-economic problems and shape strategies for community transformation.
