The Food Security Program aims to alleviate hunger in Dane, Jefferson and Waukesha Counties. Each year CAC distributes approximately three million pounds of perishable and non-perishable food at no cost to agencies to help them serve households experiencing poverty in our communities. We also provide coordination, support and technical assistance to emergency food providers in our service area.

For more information on the Food Security Division,
e-mail Chris Brockel, Manager of Food Security and Gardens, or call (608) 246-4730 ext. 206.
